1. Better Roads and Travel

One of the biggest parts of this visit is improving roads and travel. PM Modi opened new roads like the Varanasi-Bhadohi road and the Chhitauni-Shool Tankeshwar road. These roads will make it easier for people to move around the city.

4. Environment and Clean Water

To protect the environment and provide clean water, new steps are being taken:

  • Ponds like Ramkund, Shankuldhara, and Mandakini will be cleaned and maintained.

  • Floating platforms will be built for religious rituals.

  • 47 water supply schemes will be launched under the Jal Jeevan Mission to provide safe drinking water in villages.

5. Upgrading Schools and Education

Education is also a big part of PM Modi’s plan for Varanasi.

  • 53 school buildings will be upgraded.

  • New libraries and renovated schools will be built in areas like Jakhini and Lalpur.

  • These steps will help students get better facilities and learning environments.

6. Health and Medical Facilities
